We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about what we collect and why. This policy is written in plain English so you can understand exactly how your data is used.

What Data We Collect

We only collect personal information that you give us directly through our website. Here is what we collect and when:

**Contact and enquiry forms**, your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and the contents of your message.

**Booking forms**, your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, and the service you would like to book.

**Quote request survey**, your name, email address, and details about your business and project requirements.

**Payments**, when you make a payment, your card details are processed securely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number, expiry date, or security code. Stripe handles all of that on their own secure systems. You can read their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that follow you around the internet. We only use essential cookies that are needed for the website to work properly, things like keeping your session active while you fill in a form or complete a booking.

What Data We Collect

How We Use Your Data

We use your information for the following purposes, nothing more:

**Responding to your enquiries**, when you send us a message through our contact or enquiry form, we use your details to reply and give you the information you asked for.

**Managing bookings**, your name, contact details, and appointment preferences are used to schedule and confirm your consultation.

**Processing payments**, payment details are shared with Stripe solely to complete the transaction you started. We do not use your payment information for anything else.

**Sending booking confirmations and reminders**, after you book a consultation, we will send you a confirmation email and a reminder so you do not miss your appointment.

That is it. We will never sell your information, rent it out, or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Data

Who We Share Your Data With

We only share your information with a small number of trusted services that help us run our business:

**Stripe**, processes your payments securely. They only receive the information needed to complete your transaction.

**Google**, we use Google Workspace for our business email (hello@senhuo.co.uk) and Google Maps is embedded on our contact page to show our office location.

That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent, or give your data to any other third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We do not keep your data forever. Here is how long we hold onto different types of information:

**Enquiry and contact form submissions**, kept for 2 years after your last interaction with us, then permanently deleted.

**Booking records**, kept for 2 years after your consultation takes place, then permanently deleted.

**Quote request data**, kept for 2 years. If you become a client, your project data is kept for the length of our working relationship plus 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.

**Payment records**, transaction records (not your card details) are kept for 6 years as required by UK law. Your actual card details are held by Stripe, not by us.

After these periods, your data is securely deleted.

Your Rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

**Access your data**, ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

**Correct your data**, if anything we have on file is wrong or incomplete, let us know and we will fix it.

**Delete your data**, ask us to delete your personal information. We will do so unless we have a legal obligation to keep it (such as tax records).

**Move your data**, request your information in a standard format so you can take it to another provider.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies, the minimum needed for the site to work properly. These include things like keeping your session active while you fill in a form or complete a booking.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies. Nobody is following you around the internet because you visited our site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings if you wish, but turning off essential cookies may stop some features (like forms and booking) from working correctly.
